This notice is hereby issued by ARM Global (“we”, “us”, or “our”) on 17 October 2026 for the information of all customers, users, partners, and concerned parties.
ARM Global is currently operating under the name ARM Global. The business was previously operated under a different name, and the name may change again in the future. This notice is issued on behalf of ARM Global as of the date stated above.
The business has been operating since 2024 and provides IT services worldwide, with services tailored to users’ requirements.
Background & Service History
In the early stage of the business, due to limited resources, we configured certain services on our own devices, such as laptops and mobile phones, so that our customers could receive improved performance. We also took security measures to the best of our ability. However, we experienced a significant number of cyberattacks. During these incidents, we suffered loss of certain user data, and unauthorized access was gained to our personal devices, as a result of which our personal devices were also compromised.
We continue to make continuous efforts to improve our services so that our customers receive the best possible service experience. For business growth, we had also provided free services, low-resource VPS, database, and other related services. These free and low-resource services have been discontinued, and any remaining such services will be discontinued shortly. Due to the wipeout of certain systems, we may not be able to restore all data. However, there are certain individuals or entities associated with attacks; we will disclose further details when necessary and appropriate.
Legal, Privacy & Tax Compliance
As a business registered in India, we follow Indian law to the extent applicable, maintain user privacy, and retain records such as invoices for paid services. Whenever payment is received into our Indian account, we account for and declare it in accordance with applicable income-tax requirements and report the amount received.
Infrastructure, Security & Enforcement
In the locations where we provide services, in order to improve performance, security, and customer support, we may integrate our own personal devices into the service environment so that data remains in our control and user privacy and security are maintained. As stated above, our data is encrypted. In the past, when attackers were unable to access data due to encryption, they wiped certain systems, and we also suffered loss of personal data.
We will make every effort to build our own servers as soon as possible so that we can further improve our systems. In addition to external attackers, we identified certain users of the VPS services we provided engaging in fraud or cybercrime-like activity; we banned them as quickly as possible.
Reporting Security Concerns
If you have any issue with our device, server, or any of our IT services, or if you observe any unusual activity or anything similar to a cyberattack originating from our users who are using our server or IP, or if you see any such activity going forward, please contact us immediately. This will allow us to take down or suspend the activity quickly and to identify and act against the responsible party based on the available data as fast as possible.
Due to limited resources, we delete other and remaining data from time to time. Therefore, early reporting is important so that we can investigate and act in a timely manner.
User Responsibility and Liability
If any user carries out an attack, cybercrime, or any similar unlawful activity from our side, or if our server or device is compromised and a cyberattack is carried out through it, the full responsibility and liability for such activity shall lie with the user who carried out the act or with the cyberattacker who compromised our server or device and used our IP, device, or any other IT service as a medium to carry out the attack.
In such cases, we will cooperate with and assist in the investigation to the maximum extent possible within our available resources, and we will take appropriate action, including suspension or takedown, against the responsible party.

We may issue further notices, clarifications, updates, amendments, or supplementary communications in the future as and when required. Such future notices may be published through our official website, official email, customer communication channels, or any other channel we consider appropriate.

- Unless otherwise stated, a future notice will be effective from the date mentioned in that notice.
- If there is any inconsistency between this notice and a future notice issued by ARM Global, the latest notice issued by ARM Global will prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
